As Number Sense Principal, I am responsible for business development and the client engagement experience. My primary role as an accounting advisor is to identify, measure, analyze, interpret, and communicate financial information to business owners for the purpose of achieving their goals. My management philosophy is based on continuing education and applying this broad knowledge to develop the best solutions in the most efficient manner. In my work, I enjoy solving problems and adding value to businesses for their owners to whom I provide service.
Away from the office I am an active grandpa to my 4 grandchildren, an avid tennis player, amateur computer nerd, and advocate of financial literacy, economic empowerment, and political education for underserved communities.
Michelle Felder

As a Principal in Number Sense Financial, I provide development of infrastructure and oversight of operational functions to meet each individual client’s needs. These include development of standard operating procedures, execution of procedures, compliance, and developmental training.
My years of experience encompass multiple industries giving me a unique perspective to support and help develop a distinct business environment designed to facilitate infrastructure of dynamic companies as they continue to grow. My scope of work has included Management, Compliance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Payroll Administration.
Outside the office, I am the proud mother of three sons and grandmother of 4 grandchildren. I enjoy participating competitively in both doubles and mixed doubles tennis, wine tasting, and art. When time allows, I enjoy art through creating murals, custom artwork, custom painted furniture, as well as teaching private lessons.

As a consultant for Number Sense Financial, I am able to utilize the experience and skills developed as a high volume insurance claims representative to quickly and efficiently tackle large scale projects. My expertise gives me clear insight into potential risk exposures our clients may have. In addition to accounting related issues, I actively work on insurance related topics, including health, personal, and commercial lines.
In my off time, I enjoy staying active with my lovely wife, and our 3 children. We promote natural healthy lifestyles and are active in scouts, youth sports, and community engagements.

My name is Robert Felder, I manage the Number Sense Financial social media accounts.
My primary goal is to improve the ways in which people who can benefit from our services and Number Sense connect.
I’ve always been surrounded by and taken a keen interest in technology. I have completed courses such as, Digital Media (DIM), Business Information Management (BIM), Principals of Business Finance and Marketing (PBFM), as well as explored various other courses in the tech and business fields.
I work to promote brand awareness and grow social media presence to attract the individuals who are in need of the services we provide. I use search engine optimization and social media to help clients connect with the business.
